Boxing Coaching / Sports Specific Training


I have experience in competitive boxing, so I understand the work needed in terms of cutting weight and developing various skills, along with the mental preparation that goes with this. I can provide guidance and a systematic training method, whether you’re working towards a fight, or simply want to learn a new skill.

If you have another sport that you specialise in, and need to reach the next level, I am qualified as a sports specific trainer, and would be happy to work with you.

Before attending any sessions, it is important to fill out a PAR Q form. Your safety is of the utmost importance, and it’s essential for me to understand if you have had any previous injuries or health issues, so that I can help you in the best way.
