If you live a hectic lifestyle and are short of time, I am happy to come and train you in your own home. I also understand that for some people, the public environment of a gym or working out outdoors on your own can be intimidating. I would be very happy to work with you at home until you feel confident enough to venture out on your own!

Before attending any sessions, it is important to fill out a PAR Q form. Your safety is of the utmost importance, and it’s essential for me to understand if you have had any previous injuries or health issues, so that I can help you in the best way.
