Boxing is a tactical, skill-based, and above all respectful martial art. Group classes involve a mixture of exercises to build on technique, fitness, co-ordination, balance and agility. Our boxing classes combine fun and enjoyment with hard work to condition both your physical and mental health. We recommend you purchase some hand wraps (we can show you how to put them on), and whereas we do have boxing gloves here, you may find that in time you want to get your own!
To cancel classes, please give at least 5 hours notice. Personal Training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise you will still be charged.
