Boxing Teens: (Ages 11 - 16)

Boxing class for teenagers aged 11 - 16 years, combining technique work with exercises to promote over-all fitness. A grading system similar to that of other martial arts is used to motivate and encourage a good work ethic, and to provide a goal for participants to work towards. There is an assessment every few months to monitor progress. Non-contact, unless a certain level has been reached, in which case light sparring may be allowed if approved by parents and closely monitored by the trainer on site.
To cancel classes, please give at least 5 hours notice. Personal Training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise you will still be charged.
