Our circuit classes combine boxing, strength and cardio stations to challenge your body to the max! Suitable for beginners to advanced.
To cancel classes, please give at least 5 hours notice. Personal Training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise you will still be charged.
