This class focuses on improving the strength of your lower body, using mostly free-weights alongside body weight and other pieces of equipment. Vital as part of a balanced training program.
To cancel classes, please give at least 5 hours notice. Personal Training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise you will still be charged.
