My name is Siyamak, and I am a personal trainer based in Merton and Putney.
I am passionate about keeping fit and committed to helping my clients maintain a healthy lifestyle. I trained for over 10 years in boxing and martial arts, competing and winning a number of title fights. This taught me discipline, how to develop a strong mindset, and the important ways in which a healthy lifestyle can improve your quality of life. I was inspired to become a personal trainer, so that I can share my passion, and help you to reach your goals.
I specialise in outdoor and home-based workouts. This would include stretching, often some circuit training or pad work for anyone interested in incorporating some boxing (it’s also fantastic for stress relief), some strength training and a cool down. I always create a programme specifically designed for my client’s individual needs.
I have been particularly interested in learning how to help train people who would normally find it more difficult to find a suitable training programme, like someone suffering with asthma or diabetes. I want to give you more confidence and the knowledge that you need to make exercise a habit.
