Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Every class is scaled to the person in front of the coach. Most of our members started as complete beginners.
How do I book?
Pick a session from the timetable and book through your member account. Spaces are capped so every class stays small.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel from your account up to 8 hours before the session starts.
