Kids & Teens Boxing
Non-contact boxing built for younger athletes — footwork, pads, bags and coordination in a structured, high-energy session. Discipline and confidence first; every drill is coached and scaled to age and ability. No experience or kit needed.
Teens Conditioning
Strength & conditioning for teenagers — building movement quality, athleticism and confidence in the gym with age-appropriate loading. A supportive introduction to training that carries into any sport.
For parents
Does my child need any experience?
No. Every session is coached and scaled to the individual — most kids and teens start as complete beginners.
Is the boxing full-contact?
No. Our youth boxing is non-contact — pads, bags, footwork and conditioning. There's no sparring.
What should they bring?
Just trainers, comfortable kit and a water bottle. All boxing equipment is provided.
